High blood pressure-

I am 24 weeks tomorrow. I had pre-eclampsia with my first when I was 19. This is now my 4th and I am 40. I have had a bit of swelling in my feet and hands lately and a mild headache for a few days. I decided to run and take my blood pressure. It was 134/77. I know this is not high, but definitely higher than it has been since I got pregnant. I am wondering if this is an indicator of problems to come? I have my regular OB appt. on Wednesday so I will talk to the doctor then, but just worried. Do you think it is something I should be concerned about? In my last pregnancy I had a bit of high blood pressure and they put me on meds which seemed to take care of it.

I had high bp that developed into preeclamsia in my last pregnancy, talk to your dr. have him run test to rule out anything more serious and always monitor your bp. gl
