Hi, I´ve been diagnosed recently that I have PCOS because my LH / FSH ratio is 3:1, which is a clear PCOS case.
I´ve been researched on the internet that when the LH/FSH ratio is so high, it is quite impossible to ovulate on your own. As such, I would want to ask if any of you has a high LH/FSH ratio and still has been able to ovulate on your own?
I don´t want to try Clomid immediately, since I would still want to have a natural BFP as far as possible.
Does anybody know how to decrease the LH/FSH ratio?
