Hip pain

Is anyone else experiencing pain in the hips this early?

In my last pregnancy I did develop pelvic girdle pain and had physio but that started at about 14-15 weeks and they gave me an elastic thing to wear to support my hips.

Now it feels really deep in my hips & is alternating between both of them, it's so uncomfortable!! But isnt constant (yet) I don't know if I should be worried with it being so early.

I was getting hip pain for about two weeks on and off around Christmas time. I figured it was just my hips stretching and getting ready!

I always get hip pain this time of year... think its the cold weather

I hear you leafy. I am yhe same. Had pgp for last 3 pregnancies but it is starting early this time. I would talk to midwife asap as early intervention is best. Manual physio helps. Good luck xx

Got it early this time around. Stretching has helped loads!!
