home cooking ?

when i cook foods for max , what can i do with the water after ? i usually use some to make the mash but what about the rest anyway i could keep it or he can drink it since all the vits are in there?

I suppose he could drink it cooled if he liked the taste - I've always just drained it away.

Cool will try ti out , I tried the apple on myself and it was yucky .,.but the carrot juice is amazing lol

Hmm I never thought about that! I have some pears to make tomorrow... I think I'll try giving some cooled to Erica... shes really picky with her juices tho..
