I made my first batch of sweet potatoes today (made a lot more than I thought it would! ) but it looks wayyyy different in texture to the jar of sweet potatoes I bought for a quick baby taste test. I'm worried it might be too lumpy? But I pureed it with a handmixer as much as I could without it getting any smoother. Just wondering if there is a common texture difference between homemade and store bought. Thanks!
