Honey Cheerios

Apologies if this has been covered before. Just wondering if babies under one are allowed to eat honey Cheerios as I know they aren't allowed honey before one year. Poss a daft question as I guess it's not actual honey they would be eating??

Look at the ingredients to see if they contain actual honey I'd probably avoid them just to be safe either way!

I wondered the same thing myself and I was told is that you're not supposed to give them any honey at all before a year, even if it's baked or otherwise processed. Honey Nut Cheerios does contain real honey so it would be a no-no.
