Thought it would be nice to share any honeymoon plans :flower: with all the planning of the big day, i wondered what or if our gorgeous brides had anything planned as a honeymoon?

we've incorporated ours all together, so 2weeks in disney with wedding and honeymoon :happydance:

we're looking at a twin-centre honeymoon, a week in Orlando and a week in the bahamas :happydance:

Were going to the dominican for 2 weeks, sun, food and booze, wooopp!

ooo both sounds fab! i've been to all three places, and have to say, all beautiful :D

We're getting married in September but not going on honeymoon until the end of October/ beginning of November.

We are going to Disney World for 1 week with the kids and my parents then we are off on a cruise for a week and my parents are keeping the kids in Disney World. We will get to see Disney at Halloween and the Xmas parade too! :D xx

I didnt go abroad for our honeymoon, I cant fly because of my dodgy ears, so we went to www.tilfordwoods.co.uk, beautiful place in the middle of nowhere and our own hot tub in the back garden! Jacuzzi bath in the bathroom and a Sauna in there too, Bliss! x

If we happen to be able to afford it, we will be having a mini-moon- 2 nights in a lovly B&B in the Peak District! Would love to be able to afford to go to Norway or Finland though (Norway because it's pretty and Finland because all the best new rock comes from there!!) but Scandinavia is *so* expensive!! :dohh: As things are going at the moment though, the closest we'll have to a honeymoon is going to Download with our mates in June or the holiday that OH's parents are due to be taking us on next year!! However much I love them, it's not cool to have what is effectively your honeymoon with the inlaws!!!! Will be a brilliant week though!

Beca

Tbh i doubt we are going to have a honeymoon, if we do it will only be a couple of nights break somewhere in the UK, its just an uncessary kinda thing for us you know?

Ours is being paid for by my dad otherwise we wouldn't be having one :) xx

yep no exactly holly, when your trying to keep costs down, it can be an unnecessary expensive cost hon, thats why we're doing it abroad, i don't think we'd have one if were getting married in england :hugs:

oh wow sweetie, that's so kind :hugs: yep my parents are paying for all our wedding tbh, so feel very lucky, including holiday and upgrades :cloud9:

As we are getting married kinda close to christmas(12th dec) we are going to wait intill jan and try and get a good last min deal somewhere with the holiday vouchers we receive as wedding gifts :) Hope we can manage mexico or somewhere similar but as long as we are together and manage a wk or mre away from the daily grind, that will make us very happy! :)

Our honeymoon will be in the uk.. we are off to the norfolk broads for a week, we have, or will have then, 4 kids, so a romantic break is out the question. We will be stoppping in the hotel on our wedding night, when we have booked a hotel in Norwich for the night after, then the next day make our way to our boat yard to start our holiday. there will be (so far) 3 boat loads as other family are coming too, but we plan on going our own way for a couple of days, to have time just as a family... really looking forward to it all, as its quite a different "honeymoon". xxx

We still haven't had our honeymoon yet! Not essential, we couldn't afford it.

WOW! Your parents must be loaded!!! But then, it is the tradition for the brides father to pay :p

We get married July 10th, 2010. We will have a baby that is due in May, so we don't want to go away from them for TOO long :). So that Wednesday (July 14th) we are driving to Miami, Florida with his parents (they live down there). So we are staying with his parents for a week (until July 21st). Then we are going to leave the kids down there and we are going to Disney from Thursday the 22nd -Saturday the 24th) by ourself. Nothing big, but still fun :)!

we were ment to be going to florida for two weeks but cant afford it anymore and have had to cancel instead are going to scotland for a week to househunt then coming home and going to my nans for a family christmas
