This is my first month temping. So far I am really liking it. I would have never thought I OVed on CD13 this month as it was the only day I got a + OPK. It's really a great way and the only way to truly know your cycle. It's also helping pass the time in the TWW! I am keeping my FXed that the temp goes back up tomorrow but I am traveling for work today and staying in a hotel and the temps in hotels are never right for me so I don't know how that will effect my temp. We shall see tomorrow morning I guess!!!

Thank you for the info....I think temping might be something we'll consider in the coming months if we don't get lucky soon so I'm gathering opinion from lots of people! Agree with your point that it helps pass the time in the TWW! Could do with something do keep me amused during that time!

Wow Aimee .. I am a bit like you. HAd real pains today which felt like AF...kept going to the loo (but have had some drinks) but nothing there. Very strange... very stressed at work at the moment so maybe that. Think I am going to go and play badminton later to let off the happy endorphines!

im moving to oman in the summer so will be leaving teaching for a while but they have british schools there so once the little one is a bit older i will do some teaching again.

We started just by telling a few people but so many people seem to know now that i dont think there will be many left to tell once we have our scan! xx

OH I see Caz...well that sounds lovely. Do you think teaching with a young one will be hard? My intention is to have a baby and then go back either after 9months or a year. Not ideal but no other choice.

Cervical position! Some ladies note whether it's high or low, soft or firm at certain points in their cycle, so they know when they're OV'g, due the etc. Sorry, no offence to those who do, but I'm not poking around up there every day! It's just going a step too far!

I think i am gonna wait until i am a few days late to test (if i can lol) As for the pains, i'm not stressed really, infact i am very de-stressed compared to the past few months! I have had horrendous mood swings but not through stress just over nothing! (poss symptom... )

I haven't been doing a journal or anything yet but have decided that if i am out this month then it would be a great idea, if i get my then i think i will do a pregnancy journal, it would be great to look back and to share with others.

As for cervical position, i couldn't do this, i am too squeamish and the thought just doesn't appeal to me but i can tell when BD with my fiancée what it's position is as when it is low it hurts to BD. The other day it was very low but it has moved up again. Lol.

Cervical position- and nope, I'm not doing that either!! I figure temping should be enough. I really think my temp will go back up tomorrow. I am crampy feeling- heavy feeling like cramps and hungry and then not hungry. Also my nipples have been a bit tingly the past few hours- not fun to deal with in an office environment!!!

Thank god for that!! If you girlies started talking about that I'd have to put my fingers in my ears and sing!! Makes me feel strange, a bit like when you poke around with your belly button! It's just wierd!!

Glitterbug- Have you had your Dr. appt yet? I think I might have missed your post about it!

Well my Temperature shot right back up this morning. My hopes are high for this month!!! I have been having cramps as well and I DO NOT get cramps until the day AF starts, so that is VERY odd for me! I just hope the temps stay up the next few days. I have a 29 day cycle, so AF is not due for another WEEK! ARGH.. I do not like the TWW!

Awww, thanks! I am going to be so upset if it is not a bfp at this point. This is my first cycle temping.. maybe these temps are normal for me? I think I will test for the first time on Saturday. AF is due Tuesday, so that will be 4 days before. I keep telling myself that I didn't get a + OPK until the day I Ovulated.. so maybe I won't get a + on a HPT until the day my period is due? Saturday just seems like a good day as I won't have to concentrate on work no matter what the outcome.
