Hoping this isn't about to happen again

So, everything has been going OK with this pregnancy.. I'm 5+5 today, and start brown spotting. All I can think of is this is how my mc happened last year... I've not got any pain...yet. I'm scared out of my brains... Just feel its not my turn once again. Hubby is at work and I wish he could be here with me just in case.. its a pale dry light brown colour. Argh. I have a scan thats been bought forward to Wednesday... so I spose I need to wait until then...

Fx'd everything is ok huni, main thing is is that it's brown and light brown. Try try relax get your feet up and take it very easy! Stay positive! Prob some old blood from IB.

I had some spotting and bleeding just over a week ago so know how you feel. Waiting for my scan next week.

Good luck for your scan. I've been having brown spotting for over 2 weeks now and I've had blood tests done and they were fine. I'm having a scan tomorrow. I am sure you have seen but there are tonnes of ladies on here who have had spotting or bleeding and have everything work out. I know it's hard but try to keep optimistic and take care of yourself.

I've been bleeding brown-ish blood for over a week, and it is really scary but keep positive hun. I totally freaked out when it started, had a scan and everything was okay, so it doesnt always mean the worst. Deep breath....and take it very easy tonight. fingers crossed for you x

Thanks everyone. I had a scan today and baby is now 4.5mm long with a HB. We're over the moon, still don't know where or why the brown blood but it seems to be tappering off and have been told not to worry about it. Thanks for all the encouragement!
