    Hi

Has anyone had this before, if so is there anything/ advice I can do to try and level it out or know why it happens? It’s playing havoc with my periods.

    Thanks

Hi I’m not breastfeeding. My periods are really out of sync, mid cycle bleeding. Sore boobs. Just generally bit up and down with my emotions. They are starting to settle down a little. I’m trying to get more sleep easier said than done which I think has helped. :)

Raspberry leaf tea should help. Do you suffer from fibroids at all?

Also vitex is also great and excercise is great too. I've noticed that you only had a baby 6 months ago , have you had a check for post partum?

Hi I had a check about a month ago and that’s what they said it was. I think it’s just time after having a baby but I have had this weird imbalance before I got pregnant and my periods went all weird and I felt quite queazy/ sick with it. I do need to get back into excercising again as well x
