Hormones or pregnant?

Hi ladies wondered if anyone else has had this happen. I had a miscarriage in march and period came 4 weeks later and lasted for 7 weeks the doctor gave me tranaxeamic acid tablets to stop the bleeding. Now I am 9 days late. Could this still be the hormones? Or the tablets? The ovulation showed I didn't ovulate this month, are they always right? Any thoughts would be great thanks xox

Well period came today well at least I have my answer and boy is she letting me know she's here xox
