Horrendous period pains.

I am due to start my first period on my new implant so don't know if that has anything to do with it but the period cramps I am feeling are AWFUL.

You know when people say contractions are like really bad period pains. Well what I am feeling at the moment is like that contractions that makes you go this is f**k all like period pains!!!


Anyone else had bad cramps on the implant. My last implant was brilliant which is why I have got it again x

I don't have an implant, but I've heard many times that that's a pretty normal side effect of them. You could try using a warm pack (I use rice in a sock and warm it up) on your abdomen to help with the cramps
