Horrible Side Pain?

So I was wondering if anyone could help me out a bit...?

The past week I have had some side pain, right under my ribs on my left side. The first few days I thought maybe it was gas - as I felt really bloated anyway. But now it is still going on, but only when I take in deep breaths. Along with that, just starting today, I started getting a sharp little pain there... it has happened 3x so far - only last for a brief second...

Any suggestions? Maybe I pulled something?...

Its like a burning stab feeling. Along with that now my whole tummy is burning... It's not really hurting - just a werid hot burning feeling.

i had this a couple of years ago, it felt like real bad trapped wind, but like you, it was on my side, it was so bad i had to go to a & e. they ran tests on me and the doc didnt know what it was he said "confused.com" those were his excat words. Its either gas or a pulled muscle, maybe take some gaviscon or pain killers, Hope it goes as it was soooo painful xxx
