Hi everyone
I am so sorry we are all here, but wanted to share what happened at my hospital appointment on Monday.
I was reffered to the nurse led clinic but when I got there I saw a consultant, he told me he wanted to scan me and do some blood tests. So I had an internal scan when he thoroughly checked me out, the only thing he found that caused him some concern was that I have fibroids, he said that they may or may not be the cause of my miscarriages, but I know I had them with my youngest, but he cant tell me if they are any bigger than before.
He wants to put a camera up and remove them if he thinks they need to be removed, but there is a 6 month waiting list.
So I asked do we stop ttcing, he said if he thought this WAS the cause which he doesn't then maybe but to carry on trying if we want.
He has ordered LH, FSH, SHBG, Lupus anti coagulant and se testorone tests but I cant have them until the witch arrives (due tomorrow) and then they will be 3 weeks.
In the meantime he wants me on high dose folic acid, vit D, multi vitamins, then if we get pg baby aspirin, scan at 6 weeks and hormone perseries until 12 weeks, all of which he said isn't a magic cure but wont hurt.
I told him I was on Maca Root and COQ10 and he agreed they cant hurt either, not once did he tell me I was too old, so feel really positive.
Fxd we will have our little rainbow xxx

I'm so sorry you've had to go through this. One time is more than enough! I got my blood test results last week and have the Factor V mutation. My doctor didn't say we'd do anything different next time around. I even asked him about baby aspirin, at the very least, and he said no. Maybe I'll just go ahead and take what you're taking :) I hope you don't get any stressful results (although, from what I saw, many, many women have healthy pregnancies with each of the disorders on that panel). It's nice to see that you have children and know your body is capable. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
