hot flashes and kids

Oh goodness I've had such bad hot flashes this pregancy and my girls just want to be on me!

Like just a little bit ago I had one on my lap and one on my back hanging on my I'm trying to ask them to get off of me and they just keep getting back up till I yell :/ when I get bad ones I get sick and a headache my 4 yr old just made me a paper fan but my lord I'm dieing! I'm in cooler clothes and have the windows open but then idk if its just me or not I'm going crazy!!!

How do you keep your lo off of you when you are to hot

I've also had hot flashes with this pregnancy although most of the pregnancy has been during the winter. I had hot flashes with my first one as well but that pregnancy was mostly during the summer so I hoped this time I won't have it. Nope! My doc says it is normal and my hubby is sometimes freezing when I feel like it's "mid-summer in Arizona"
