omg for the past 3 weeks i believe i have been hot. I mean im always hot the air conditioner is on full blast and im still hot i cant sleep at night because i wake up in sweats even wen i have a fan on me. i feel good wen im eating cold stuff especially ice cream it makes me feel so much better. is anyone else going thru these hot flashes and if so how are u dealing with dem
