I'm spending it like all the other days :lol:

I will probably go to my mums for a bit with the kids and drop her card and pressie off but no personal pampering for me *flounce*

How are you spending it?
 
crying into my pillow probably! this is my first mothers day and i stupidly thought we'd be spending it as one happy family but 'husband' had other ideas

Normal day and then going to the quiz night we go to every week with my mum, sis and some friends :)
 
Im having afternoon tea at my mums with my sisters and both my nans, i am looking forward to it but cant pretend that im not sad too that i wont be spoilt on my first mothers day, or wont be spending it as a proper family with my ex.

I did get a mothers day card today that he made at nursery tho which was super cute and made my day!
 
ironing, cleaning, do the dishes :haha: all with a card thrown in :rofl: x x
 
My daughter has mud face packs and is planning a spa day :)
This will be a hard one for me but she'll make it special x

i'm glad you got a card and so cute that he actually made it for you :happydance: i find things like knowing that mother's day isn't what you had planned in your mind harder than actually coping with being alone if that makes sense. :cry:

I might take my mum for a chinese in the day, but yeah no treat for me :(
I would of got a card off Zane but he's not going nursery tomo so I won't be getting that

That makes perfect sense to me. The shattering of your hopes and dreams is often far more upsetting that the reality of being on your own. Big :hugs: xx
 
I'll be going to my aunty's for a big family meal with grandparents, sister, nephew and cousins. My mum and step-dad live a long way away and I'm hoping to see my step-mum at some point to give her her card xx
 
Spending it with my amazing kiddies, doing what i do every day being a mummy :) might take them out for lunch! every day should be mothers day for us single mummies x
