How bad can this worrying get??

Got a 13 week scan tomorrow and I'm so so so so nervous there's gonna be something wrong or the baby has passed.
Haven't had a scan or a heart beat check or even a feel around my belly so far so I've gone this whole time literally worrying..
I barely have any symptoms either but had loads with my last pregnancy :/

Ah you're in the same boat as me! I'm 10 weeks so far and haven't had any ultrasounds, haven't heard heartbeat, haven't even had my first doctor appt yet. It's so hard to imagine that when we finally get to see our babies that there will actually be a baby in there. I'm thinking you feel this way because you haven't had any ultrasounds or anything yet. I'm sure baby is just fine! Good luck and hopefully you're scan goes great. You should be excited not worried.

Not every pregnancy is the same, so stop worrying! You will be fine girl! You better post as soon as you have it!
