how can i follow threads

hi all im very new to this and I have no idea how to follow certain threads, their is someone who is posting her ttc journey and id love to see how she goes on, please help xx

I have replied in a post but can't find it now, how will I know if someone has replied to me? Sorry I sound thick :-/ xx

You can click the User CP button on the top left or right of the forum, it will display any threads that you have posted on that have had unread posts since.
