Hope your all doing well

Can someone please advise me? how soon can you know you are pregnant?
can you know 17 days after the first day of your period?
im asking coz im so so tired, and yesterday i got sharp pains in my ovarys.
can this be pregnancy or is it just too early to tell?

Iv recently had a miscariage so mayb im just having high hopes.....

Hi i got my bfp 11 days after ovulation.
do you have regulare cycles and no when you ovulated ?

You wouldn't know on CD17 honey sorry!

It's possible your ovary pain was ovulation.
