It's 33* (F) here today. I am dying to get out of the house...if I hold her in a wrap, under OH's huge coat would it be ok to go for a ten minute walk?

My LO is 3 weeks old today and it was 44 degrees today in NYC and I took him out for a walk to get my other 2 kids from school. The fresh air will be good for you and baby, as long as baby is bundled I don't see a problem with going for a walk.

44 sounds wonderful! Ha ha. I wish winter would just END.

There is no bad weather, just bad clothes - as long as baby is dressed appropriately then go out!

I've taken LO out a few times in really cold weather for a few weeks. We just bundle him up, warm hat, blanket and use the cover on the walker. It's the only exercise I get besides walking around the house with him. I'm going so stir crazy.

Each time I'm constantly checking to see if he's too hot/cold. Still not used to how his temperature regulates :)
