How did you check for ovulation? Help please

I'm on metformin 1500mg and need some help on how to check if I'm ovulating...

Please help

Didn't want to R&R but I only use OPK's and I know they're not 100%, think temps are supposed to be most reliable.

I use temping as well as opks , couldnt hurt to try?

Try temping. You can use any number of software, like fertilityfriend.com.
