how did you know your LO was intolerant??

what signs was your LO showing that he/she was intolerant to lactose/dairy?
waiting for Isabelles lactose results back atm and curious to hear other peoples stories ...

Ive not had any personal experience but Ive heard from friends that a baby with a lactose intolerance is very colicky and unsettled after feeds, may vomit, and may have blood in their stools. xxx

I'mnot 100% sure my LO is lactose intolerant - but ever since we changed him to a lactose free formula he has been a different baby!

His original formula (with lactose) gave him colic like symptoms - he was SO fussy during & after feeding, had very bad gas, some diarrhea etc

Izzy has blood in her stools, will poo out water sorry tmi. projectile vomit after every feed. have bad wind. can here her stomach gurgle etc. she's better now on gaviscon but still gets very ill. im daisy intolerant too which makes me think she could be. should get her results today xxxxxx

Souds like she has alot of the symptoms. If she is intolerant then hopefully they will give you formula o prescription. xxx

My LO is on Elecare (like Neocate) formula due to intolerance to dairy. He was squirmy during feeds and unsettled and also was sleeping rubbish during the day. He is now like a new baby minus the fact that is is a fight to get him to drink it as it tastes foul.
