How did your baby react to first cereal?

After eating it all up yesterday, LO refused it again today... my mom says to wait a week and try again... I thought she would be so excited to eat it!

Carter never did like the taste of the rice. He tolerated it with fruit/ veggie mixed in, but hated it alone. Eventually I started giving him the baby oatmeal.

She gave me a weird look, but ate it without problems. She always ate it without issue, but definitely prefers "real" food, if you know what I mean. (Like fruit, veg, pasta, stuff like that).

I'd def try adding fruit in it or try a fruit purée or yoghurt Instead

I offered him some at 9 months and he made a face and threw it on the floor. It was a free sample, so I gave the rest of the package to someone who wanted it for mixing into their home made chicken feed.
Never offered it again.
