how do i find out what my LP is?

i dont know how to count this out, only cause i was pregnant than had a miscarraige, and had one period and than i am pregnant again. So.....hmmm. what should i say my LP is?

It doesn't matter, the doctor dates your pregnancy from your last period. If you were not doing ovulation tests you have no way of knowing what the luteal phase was and to be honest, it doesn't really matter at all.

Just date your pregnancy from your last period until you have had a dating scan.

okay. sounds good thank you. i was just wondering cause i was trying to see if my hcg levels were good on a chart. when i went on thursday they were 1300. and that day i would have been 4 weeks and 2 days. they did a scan but we literally saw a spec of a black whole is what we thought we saw so he measured it and it said it measured at 4weeks and 4 days. hhhmmmm.
