How do I know if someone replied to my post?

I'm having a hard time keeping up with all the posts and I do and the replies I write on other people's post, I have to remember where I posted and check that way, is there a easier way to go about it?

At the top of the page on the left hand side click on User CP. Once in there it should list your thread subscriptions, these are any threads that you have posted on. HTH!
