How do I Put 'my journal ' as a tab rather than a title and a long link??? HELP!!

Hey ladies ,

all in the title really !! if you take a look at my signature it says 'my journal' and underneath it says the really longlink... how do i change that so that people can just click on 'my journal' and go straight to my page???

Please help!!

when you use the 'insert link' button (little world with a link at the bottom) and put the link in, it will come up with a section of it highlighted, delete this and whatever you write in there will be what shows up. Hope that makes sense
