If u upload it to photo bucket then u can copy n paste the IMG code
thats how iv put in pics to mine xxxxxx

on photobucket you can resize the picture (think its under "edit" or something) and resave it and then paste the new code into your sig.
try that but sometimes it doesnt work and comes out the same size so if not post again and i'll sort it for you haha im a geek with this kinda thing xx
