How do i read these stupid sticks :-)

OK, i bought a load of OPK sticks. The ones with the green end that you dip in wee!!
1) How/when do i "dip" ?
2) How do i decipher the line/lines?

I have a CBFM but the sticks are pricy so I thought id use these for a bit!

Hi Beachlover. Well you need to pee in a cup and then dip the stick for as long as it says in the instructions (the ones i have are 10 seconds). You should start doing the test around the time you think your due to ovulate depending on your cycle length. (30 day cycle maybe start on cd11 or 12). They say the best time to test is anytime in the afternoon but try to do it at the same time each day. When you think your getting close you could even test twice a day. When i was close to ov I done them at 2pm and 6pm.

The test line must be as dark or darker than the control line for it to be positive so even if there are 2 lines it doesn't mean its positive.
