Might sound crazy, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to start a new thread... NOT in the help section! haha

Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. Same way you did it here! There should be a "new thread" botton at the top left hand side of each sections main page [located above the "rules" and sticky threads that are posted]. Hope that helps!
