how do i tell my dad..?

I got my BFP July 4th and im eight weeks and four days pregnant.
My dad and i are really close and i dont want to disappoint him.
The father of ym baby is extactic abou the baby and going to
stay with me and help raise it he is already trying his hardest.
I'm seventeen years old...
anyone have any ideas how i should tell him?

Sweetie, as I tell most others in your situation, the best thing to do is sit him down and tell him straight out, and sooner than later.

Theres really no easy way to do it..I dont live with my dad, so my plan was to tell him face to face next time he could come pick me up, however, I had an ante-natal appointment, and one of my aunts from my dads side saw me there and guessed, so I had no choice but to call and tell him. I was scary but you'll feel so much better once you've told, good luck, and congrats on your baby bump x

Well honey, your 17 and not living with your dad so sit him down in your house just as you normally would and say we have some good news .. your going to be a grandad...

Hi i hope today has gone well for you sweet, i know what its like telling the dad! I was so scared telling mine even tho he was already a granddad 2 brothers little girl. but its different when its their own daughter! my dad is the sort 2 say you thinking bout looking at my daughter you have had it!!! but he shocked me, he loved the news of having another grandchild.
