how do i unblock US buyers on ebay ?

ive never blocked any buyers, but a lady is saying she cant bid :/ ive tried looking on ebay, found something saying restore...so i did and it said i didnt have any blocked people on there

anyone know? if so pls send me a link

I have had this happen before, something to do with settings (?) First of all check her feedback, it's often nothing to worry about but sometimes people can't bid cos they've had an unpaid strike or something.

To let her bid,
Go to 'site map' at the bottom of your ebay page, then under 'selling activities', click 'manage bidders', then 'buyer requirements exemption list' and put her username in the box

Ive had problems like this before with international buyers and found its because my listing has been for UK only....ive never found out how to change it though and its been hit or miss whether anyone international can bid or not.

It's in your buyer preferences.

Click Account, then Site preferences.

Then Selling preferences.

Then Postage and packaging preferences (3rd on list) click Show.

Click edit.

Then there will be a list.

Click Exclude postage locations from your listings

Make sure there is no tick in the North America list.

Then tick Apply to all current live listings

And then apply.
