How do they know?

This is my first baby and maybe a stupid question but she was breech at my 3D ultrasound how will my doctor know if she's turned without another ultrasound?

She'll be able to tell by external touch and also where the heartbeat is picked up. You'll like feel baby change into the head down position as well.

If there's any doubt they'll do another scan, but its generally pretty easy to feel when a baby is breech since bums are softer than heads.
