How do you NOT feed on demand?

It's not-not on demand as such - the 4 hours my girl goes between feeds is an "ish"... it's a good indicator (well it was till she descended into too-wee-to-wean bottomless pit of hungry) of when she's likely to be next wanting a feed - sometimes she wants one earlier, sometimes she wants one later - but generally around the 4 hour mark she'll be getting there.
