How do you report someone?

I've been looking EVERYWHERE on this person's profile and I can't figure out where to report them. I'm probably looking right at it haha

if there is a particular post that has offended you then you can press the "report post" button on the bottom left corner of that post hun x

You can just report a post, not a specific member's profile

you can also report a user using the report post button, just use the button on one of the persons posts then when it asks why you reporting the post tell us the problem
