How do you take your tea?

I've been called odd by my other half today! Git, because I drink my tea through a straw. Also, I have to have a lot ... And I mean a lot.. Of sweeteners, and have it very milky.

How about you? Any other straw drinkers haha. (I've done it since I was little, so it's not a tooth protection thing like people assume :p)

I have it strong with a bit of milk, no sugar.

I'm sorry but I'm going to agree with your OH. Only because I've never heard of anyone drinking tea through a straw before

never seen it through a straw.... but tea milky no sugar please and in a cup ;)

Haha awwhhh I'm gutted! I think it's my granddads fault, he used to spoon feed me it when I was really young, so I grew up drinking it off my spoon.. Then progressed to straw haha.

I rarely drink tea as I prefer espresso, but when I do, I like it slightly milky with one sugar.
I've never heard of drinking tea through a straw either!

No milk, 1 sugar. I rarely drink tea. I can't drink tea with a sweetener although I added to my coffee

It has to be really strong with just a tiny bit of milk, no sugar. I hate the taste of milk! I usually have to make it myself or I find it really hard to drink but at home I have quite a few cups a day.

I dont drink it through a straw but milk and sweetner/sugar wise I can have anything.

I can have it black with no sweetner/sugar or I can have it proper milky with 4 sweetners/sugars

doesnt bother me really but I PREFER a little milk and 1 sugar/sweetner x

Milk 6 sugars or 3 spoonfuls of half spoon sugar.

Yorkshire teabags only.

1 sugar, semi-skimmed milk ... and i dont remove the teabag, i leave it on whilst i drink it.

I love my tea super strong.

In a mug, 2 sugars and strong.

My DD asks for a straw for hers sometimes but I always say no, thought she was odd :haha:

Medium so not too milky and not too strong with three sugars...

when I was a kid I used to use a straw but only so I didn't spill lol. I don't use a straw now.

I drink Tetleys decaffeinated. medium to milky (as long as it's not strong, or as weak as dishwater, I'm okay with anything in-between lol) with either sugar or honey or sweetener (I don't mind which). As for how much - it depends how big the cup is lol. A regular mug then I take 2 sugar/hone/sweeteners, but at home I use a gigantic mug so in that case I have 3.

Eurgh I hate sugar/sweetner in tea! I always think it's one of those things you should grow out of by age 15 :haha:

I like mine strong with milk :)

I used to drink it through a straw but stopped when i was about 6!
