I use opks every month but i decided to use temping this month how does it work guys??
And does there is a vaginal termometar is made to use in the vaginal only and it is something else rather than the mouth thermometar ?? Or both are the same and you decide to use it where you like

Didn't want to read and run! The thermometer is the same, you can just choose how you want to temp.

I use a bbt orally. I set my alarm and take it at 6 15am every morning. Keep it under my pillow. Take it before I get up or move really. If I don't plan on waking up yet I go back to sleep. Good luck! I find it to be very valuable info once you temp for a couple months. Just stick with it might seem like it isn't benefiting you the first month or so. Great to show doc if you get worried about any issues.
