How early we're ur premie babies

Our twins were 33+4, came home after 3 weeks in the NICU. They didn't require oxygen. Our little Reese was born just over 23 weeks, she is 122 days old and is preparing to come home from the NICU on oxygen. The plan is discharge on Monday!!! I'm so excited.

My little man Lorcan was born on 24/11/12 at 34+5 (but.was almost 29 weeker!) Weighing... wait for it... 6lb!


he spent 27 days in the NICU, four days on cpap, 8 days without food, 5 days on tpn via longline and the rest of the time with an NG tube on formula. He had a bleed on his brain and NEC. Luckily they were already giving him anti-bs. He was severely jaundiced and spent 8days under uv lights.

He was discharged in December and has his NG removed the same day. He now weighs 10lb. He had dropped right down from 6lbs to 3lbs while in nicu and was discharged weighing 4lb 4oz.

Hey my eldest was born at 35+2 and was brill no problems health wise

My youngest was born at 32+1 as she stopped growing at 28 weeks she weighed 3lb and was in special care for 5 weeks she a proper little fighter and came along well she is now two and wouldnt know to look at her she was prem xxx

Our little fighter was born at 26 & 6 weighing exactly 2lbs (she dropped to 1lb 9oz though) she had a tough first few weeks, had meningitis which thankfully she fought, she was 7 weeks in NICU & 4 weeks in SCBU, she came home 2 weeks before her due date weighing 5lbs 9oz & has been fine since!
