how intense was your first trimester back pain?

My back has been killing me!!! No cramps or bleeding thank goodness just curious how many other ladies have experienced intense back aches in very early pregnancy,makes me so nervous as we just lost a baby a month and a half ago just hoping to see if others have shared this symptom and been ok...thanks ladies

Agony!! Can't even use a TENS machine at this stage in pregnancy and pain killers are out so I have just hoped for the best with a hot water bottle, bath and a good old moan I've had it since about week 6 and still have it now but had no symptoms that have caused me any concern about the baby's health. xxx

I have had lower back pain through my entire 1st trimester so far.
I read that it is normal, everything is stretching out!

i've also had a lot of back pains/aches...had scans done and everything was ok so im not worrying to much now, also i get pains/aches in my vagina (tmi soz). i've been told by midwife its normal as pregnancy hormones allows your muscles to relax and stretch ready for baby to grow x x x

I've started getting an achey back in the last week, it's usually sorted with a hot water bottle and a sit in the bean bag! I think it's pretty normal.

i have days when my back really hurts and others where it doesn't at all!! i think everyone is different but its normal xx
