Hows everyone?? The FOB's been in touch or causing hassle for anyone??

Im getting a pram within the next few weeks from my parents i cant wait!!
and the FOB is coming up.... but hes booking a BnB! But i just cant be bothered with it, really cant. I know it wont last.. it gets repetitive.

Im good, No nothing yet... though that can only be a good thing =)

Im still saving up for my pram... seems to be taking forever, i want to buy it now so i can put it together and push it around the house pretending theres a baby in there!! Haha weird i know!

I hope its ok when he gets there... You never no, it may turn out ok, and if it doesnt, just tell him not to bother again

Thing is hes so like, determined ? He flipped when i said i didnt want him at the birth.. he was like '' what!?? youll happily have me miss the birth of my child ?! '' and stuff, I can see his point but he will be NO help to me when im in that state... my mum said she hoped she would be birth partner but tbh im not even sure i want to title someone as the birth partner. I think I'd rather have a couple people taking turns.. i might swing for someone hahaha! FOB can come in then.. when i get ANGRY haha!!

Its between the Icandy cherry and the Bebeconfort Loola, but my parents are buying that for me so im pretty lucky. The 500 grant doesnt even cover the full price of either of them.. :/ Just means i can save some of it and buy bits and peices with the rest and a cot. im having to go for ikea cot tho, both for price AND space.

It will be weird when he comes up tho.. Iv not seen him since i was 6 weeks pregnant.. :S

That's great your parents are buying you the pram! I've put a deposit down on the Silver Cross 3D. I took advantage of the baby/nursery plan in mothercare so going to pay it up each month.

That's a long time since you've seen him! Sounds good about sending him in when you're going to swing for someone!

yeah haha! I will tell him i hate him and all the rest then put it down to being in labour HAHA,

yeah i wasnt expecting them to pay but after we went to the shop my mum said well her and my dad would probably want to get something substantial so they could get the pram, I could get the car set and adaptors and car seat base.. but if my dad manages to get it all in a deal he will barter ( its ok to barter in this shop ) and itll prob all get bought together. we'll see tho! Im going to ikea with my next instalment of JSA and getting the cot and mattress. then nothing for 2 weeks... ugh! i hate not having a job!

6 weeks preg...thats been a while!!

PD...i got my cot from asda direct for £50!!! (delivery takes it up to about 68...but still...) its only just arrived

oh cool, ill look into that, maybe i dont need it delivered i have an asda about 15 mins away. Did it cost extra for mattress??

I want my FOB at the birth, i have asked him to come up for it (he lives in surrey, me in birmingham) And have given him details of what trains he needs to get and how much it would cost etc, but i don't know if he'll come :-/ he said a little while ago that he would but i have major doubts. Told him if he doesn't come then he won't get his name on the birth certificate. So i'm hoping he will.

thats good, i just wont feel comfortable because i know he wont be very helpfull. probably say something really immature like ''yuck'' or ''oh my GOD'' or faint!! haha,

i might ask him to pay for a 3d scan when he comes up.... rekon he might?!? instead of buying something (even tho he should anyway) .. hes never been to a scan either so it would totally make him bond with her, but im scared to ask, they are expensive!

im glad FOB never got to see my 3d bubs today. i feel like ive got something special that he hasnt, coz hes a complete twat!

All good over here.. Tom's dad sent some money (first time for everything) for his 1st birthday but hasn't been up since may.

We don't need him anyway, life is alot better without him around

I want to buy a new pushchair mine is all scratched up I guess ill just have to settle for a footmuff

Im getting a bit worried as Jacobs 1st birthday is coming up and I bet Luke will want to see him even though he hasnt since January!

Jacobs birthday is on a Friday so me my mum and my brothers are all going to the zoo and on the Saturday were having a small party for family and friends! Luke isnt invited to either of these! I know I may seem like a bitch but he has made no effort the rest of the year why should he ruin the days I have organised!

I have the Britax Vigour! I also have a petite star zia lol!

My dad just doesnt mention anything about him x

have you tried ebay for a new pushchair??, i was on there the other night and theres loads!

my dads never liked mine, he was just was there to pick up the peices and say i told you so...over and over and over again. my lesson has been well and truly learned this time tho as i cant stand the sight of him.
