How it went at Court

Dear Friends...those that have read my horrible nightmare with FOB. I went to court on Friday... not had time to post till now. Also been very stressed and emotional. Crying a lot and just plain foolish, wondering why! why! Is he like this....he is just not right in the head and what hes doing just is so cruel and nasty.
Anyway, he made various allegations which comprised of partial truths, without the back ground to them... and he applied for a non mollestation order. Which is fine, because I tried to contact him several times to make sure he did not want to come to scans and also because I missed him so...after all he just cut us out of his life as soon as I found I was expecting bubs with him. But he never replied and so then I was advised to go to solicitor who wrote him a letter ( which I posted on here) asking him not to be abusive and asking what part he wants to play in the babies life. When it was done, I was scared stiff, because I knew he would nail me to the floor. When hes like this he will do anything to hurt me and quash me! So sure enough...he took me to court for a non mollestation order, although I haven't contacted him since the 14th May. That was fine, but it was the allegations he made against me that upset me. Hes lied and lied his head off. Hes painted this picture of me that is so unreal and no one, no one who knows me would say this.
Now I am afraid to leave my house. x x

So what did they say in court?
I would tell police this or anyone because this has been stressing you and baby out so much, this cant and shouldnt be happen?! xxx

Go to your gp hun and say you cant cope with the stress he is putting onto you. Id also go to the police and say you are scared that he is going to do something. Dont let him get away with it.
