How long after a positive O test?

Hey, does anyone know how long after a positive O test you actually ovulate? I had a positive test yesterday at noon, we had sex last night, and today I have been EXHAUSTED! and I have had some mild cramping.

You o 12-36hrs after the positive test. Cramping may signal you have o'ed so just keep at it alittle longer

Oh okay thanks!! cuz its pretty constant cramping, VERY VERY mild cramping...but its there lol and my boobs are sooooore!!!
