How long after missed af?

My period is generally pretty regular. So far this month though I'm 4 days late with negative hpts. If it's just a weird skip, when would af return? In a month?

There's really no way to predict when af will show. Are you temping or using opks or anything? Could you have ovulated later than you thought? A later or delayed ovulation could cause a longer cycle.

I would try testing in another week. If it's still negative and no af, I'd call your doctor to see if they want you to wait a bit more or if they want to schedule an appt to see what could be causing a delayed af with negative hpts.
