How long between during your fertile window?

I know some people have sex every day when they are in their fertile window, and some shoot for every other. What is the "optimal" amount of time to wait between bumpin' uglies?

I don't know what the optimal time is, I think it can vary by the man. For us, "optimal" is BDing everyday. We have gotten 3 bfps in the first month of trying doing it every day. We also used preseed.
