How long can sickness bugs last?

I had a sickness bug Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I didn't eat and generally felt poop. Yesterday I was starting to feel better and my eating was about back to normal. However today although I feel ok in myself I'm not hungry. I've had a packet of crisps and 3 spoonfuls of dinner today in total. Right now the thought of food makes me want to heave. It's like the early weeks of being pregnant all over again!

Is it possible that it's the sickness bugs can hang around and come back a bit again? As I said when I had it over the weekend I felt horrible but this time I feel ok just not hungry?

I've also had a minor cold. TMI but I have been bringing up massive phlegm balls for a few days and today I have a little tickly cough. I don't know wether it could be that making me not feel hungry?

there's loads of sickness bugs doing the rounds, and they can linger. i've not felt right since the weekend neither. hope u feel better soon x
