Just wondering, how many hours can milk (that was frozen and thawed) be left out at room temperature for? Every source i read has a different opinion...

I never leave it out more than an hour. I leave it in the fridge for 24 hrs though

No more than 1 hr is probably ideal. Milk that was frozen doesn't keep very well. But if it's a little longer than that, you could always sniff.

Sheet I got from the health nurse says 4 hours ,

However if baby has drank from it then it's done right away because bacteria from the mouth can start to multiply I under an hour

4-5 hours at a temp of 18-22 degree cel provided LO hasnt used it (this rule is for the refrigerated ones -not sure if its the same for frozen ones aswell)

I wouldn't let it our for more than 2-3 h. If the baby has some of it and there is milk left in the bottle, it has been contaminated, I just water the plants with the left over.
This is why it is smart to freeze 1-2 oz bags, you don't get tons of left overs.
