My mw told me to wait 1-2 month after a natural mmc, but I have no intentions of waiting even for my first AF. I can see the wisdom in waiting in certain situations (and the necessity in the instance of a molar pregnancy for example) but I don't believe there should be a blanket one size fits all approach to it (and given the varying advice given from medical professionals there doesn't even appear to be a consistent one)
But I think its up to each woman to decide for herself when she's emotionally ready to try again and very few instances require actual physical healing to take place (and if there is healing to do then I believe your body simply won't become pregnant. I believe that if one is capable of becoming pregnant then their body is capable of sustaining the pregnancy and research I've done suggests that not only is there not increased risk if another mc immediately following a mc, but that mc is actually less likely to occur again directly following a mc)
