How long do ovulation cramps last??

Hey ladies

So I am 3/4DPO (not quite sure), and I have been having constant AF type cramping for 5 days now. Usually when I ovulate, I only get a twinge of pain on the day & thats it!

Could this still be ovulation cramping or something more promising?

Also in my last 2 cycles, the day after Ov my nips have been so sore for 3 or 4 days - this cycle nothing

Ive been cramping on and off with the worst bloating ever since suspected ovulation this month!!

Obviously im hoping its a good sign but dont want to get my hopes up and keep telling myself not to be daft cause theres no way id be getting any symptoms that soon LOL

Im going on 4 DP0 as well. Nothing out of the ordinary for me.

I usually have the dull ache of ov for 2 days. Cramps move from right to left and sometimes on both. I usually get sore bb after too with prog surge, I think, but now bout 4dpo no sor bb and twinges in my tummy, tho it's prob too many onions!
