How long have you been TTC?

I am 37, almost 38 and TTC my first. I was wondering how long you have been TTC this time and if you already have children, how long you tried with them? We're about 3 months in, first month I think we BD a little late, so officially 2 month with the dreaded BFN both times. I know stats say when we're over 35 it takes longer. This month I am going to use Evening Primrose to help with CM. What steps are you taking? Good Luck to all of us TTC after 35 and Happy early Thanksgiving!

I tried 18 months and Clomid with DD and she is now 15

1 month and Clomid with DS and he is 13

No BC since DS and have't been able to get preggers since him, so about 13 years for #3, DH and I are both 37 and have tried Clomid and no luck

Currently doing acupunture, and taking folic acid, prenatals, zinc, B12, CoQ10 and trying to get my body to cooperate for IVF in Jan We'll see how that goes!!

17 months for me for #1. I have pcos, so I'm taking metformin to help with that and dieting as well. The good news is that my OB has narrowed it down to simply the fact that I'm not ovulating, so I'll get there at some point.

I'm 36 and hubby is 30.

never tried per say with my children however have been trying for last one for 16 cycles now. Silly of me to think it would just happen again this time. I too am starting EPO next cycle to try to increase CM currently take prenatals, folic acid, and have been using Robitussin or pre seed for CM

I´m 38 now. 26 months 2 BFP no sticky bean as yet. Seeing specialist tomorow so finges crossed. I take EPO and conceptionvits and Maca. OH just vits. There is no way of knowing if you will be lucky or not in this, and I know a yea is average, but a yea ttc feels like forever! Good luck.

We have been trying for 11 months. I am 36, OH Is 45 and we have no other kids

I'm 38 next month, my DH is 45, and we are TTC our first since we got married 14 months ago. We've had tests run (no apparent problems), and I seem to try some different voodoo every month (Vitex, maca, Robutussin for CM etc.) Hoping this month will be the one since it is right after the HSG test which can clear minor blockages. Otherwise will probably repeat the SA and then look into further assistance in the new year.

I'll be 36 in less than a month and my DH & I have been TTC for 13 months. No known reason for infertility. Did 2 rounds Clomid 50mg, 1 round Clomid 100 mg (over stimulated), 1 round Femara with HCG trigger & IUI, then HSG test and another round of Femara with HCG trigger IUI & prometrium which resulted in BFP but MC at 8 weeks. We are TTC again on our own within first month of MC. Will give it a few months before seeking more help. Good luck to everyone!

Its partly my own fault for thinking I had two it would eventually happen lol. I should have went to a FS much much earlier but life gets busy with kids and now that they're older of course we decide to take it seriously

3 years is a long time to TTC I hope it happens soon

3 long years with two chemicals one in 2008 and one in 2010. with my having 4 girls already I never thought we would be TTC for this long.

I have been off BC for about 15 yrs ...I've had 1 son but due to BF didn't O for another year...

I'm 38 DH is 42...and we are supposed to be the picture of health with nothing wrong...however please don't think we are the norm I'm sure it will be much sooner than later for you
