How long until got stopped bleeding completely after mc?

Hello ladies, I made it to 11 weeks before sadly miscarrying naturally almost 4 weeks ago. The bleeding was very heavy for the first week before slowing down to just-heavier - than-spotting. I still have this now and get a bit of red blood every time I wipe.

Earlier this week I am convinced I ovulated as I had exactly the same cramps I normally do, so Hubbie and I got on with the baby dancing and are crossing our fingers! My question is whether anyone else still has this very slight bleeding and whether it might affect our chances of conceiving?

Sorry for you loss! I've not been in your position, my bleeding finished within a couple of weeks I think. But I think there are two possible explanation: either some retained tissue or just hormones being wonky. If it's the former it would interfere with you conceiving again. But if you think you ovulated then chances are it's the latter and it'll all fall into place with your first AF. I'm sorry to say that I *think* it might make it unlikely you'll conceive this cycle but I could be wrong of course. If it was me, I'd try not to expect too much this month and hope that everything goes fully back to normal next cycle. Best of luck!

So sorry for your loss. I had to get the "abortion" pills injected at 8 weeks because I didn't want a D&c and stopped bleeding within a few days. Wondering if you bled more because you were farther along. Can't offer any help but sending lots of prayers and luck to you!

Wish I could be more helpful but I'm nearly 6 weeks post miscarriage and still having light bleeding (even tho temps showed I ovulated), and my HCG is under 5.
